Just Saying...

A few months ago Single & Picky and I went to Bowen Island for dinner and to see a friend of mine perform a solo gig. I swore up and down that there was a reason why this restaurant was my favourite etc. Not to mention the music.

We laughed, enjoyed the environment while we ate this:

Steak wrapped in bacon, on local asparagus and 2 dozen friggin delicious prawns on top of goat cheese grits.

In all honesty, we should have split this meal. We did not.

We opened our mouths and inhaled.

While enjoying our orgasm in a bowl, we listened to this:

Adam Woodall Band.

However it was a solo gig for Adam.

So it sounded more like this:

Whilst S&P's eyes continued to roll into the back of her head from nostalgic music and amazing food, she muttered something about her birthday plans being changed to come to this place!!!

And she did.

We received the prettiest invitations in the mail inviting us to help celebrate such an amazing person entering the next decade of her life, in an amazing environment.

And we did.

S&P had raved to all her invited guest that they wouldn't be disappointed etc.

If only they could hear the music too...

And they did.

When S&P confirmed we were having her birthday at my favourite (now hers) restaurant, I hired Adam to do a gig for her birthday.

Upon arriving she was all like, "Hey! Your friend is here!!!!"

Once seated I let her know that his performance that night was her b-day gift.

Needless to say it was icing on the cake.

Everyone enjoyed themselves greatly.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JB! WOOT WOOT!

In other news. I went back to Bowen to our restaurant with my Aunt and had the deep fried pickles. Sounds weird you say? OMG ORGASM!

I need a bigger font.

Alas I'm not sharing the name of the restaurant cos I want it to remain special.

So you'll just have to take my word for it.
