Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:

1.  PLANNING MANAGER (PN-MGR)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and control all Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities up to estates to comply with approved budget with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, forest planning system and tool also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements:

§         Age, maximum 40 years old.

§         Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.

§         Expert to operate GIS, Arc GIS, Arc View, Arc Info,  Map Info Etc.

§         Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.

§         Willing to work in Balikpapan or Site Forestry, East Kalimantan.

§         English and computer literate.

§         High motivation, trustworthy, discipline, teamwork, dynamic with good personality

2.  SURVEY ASSISTANT (PN-ASST)

The ideal candidate will be understanding in Survey in Forest Plantation/HTI activities, familiar operate Survey tools, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Age, maximum 35 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
Understand to operate GPS & GIS.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.

3.  PLANTATION/HARVESTING ASSISTANT (PH-ASST)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plantation and or harvesting of Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

·         Male/Female, Age max. 30 years old.

·         Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.

·         Minimum of 2 years experience as Administrator.

4.   CSR / COMDEV / SOCIAL, SECURITY & LICENSE SUPT (SSL- SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrating effective communication, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government, Communities Development & Employee Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements:

·         Male, age max. 40 years old.

·         Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/Communication/Agriculture from reputable university.

·         Good relation with government & other social entities.

·         Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

5.  CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT/SUPERINTENDENT (CIS

     ASST/SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirement:

·         Male, age max. 35 years old.

·         Min. D3 Technical Civil/Mechanical

·         Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

6.  MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR– HE & TR (MHETR-SPV)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Male, age max. 40 years old.

·         Minimum Diploma degree in Technic Machine.

·         Minimum of 3 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Supervisor.

·         Work location at Site Forestry Kenangan-Balikpapan.

7.  PEAT/LOW LAND MANAGEMENT (LLM)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in developing of peat/low land operation for plantation with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters Good Government Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirements:

¨       Age Max. 35 years old.

¨       Bachelor degree in agriculture or forestry from reputable University.

¨       Experience Min. 5 years in a similar position.

8.   MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR (MECH- ADM)

The ideal candidate will be familiar in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle Engineer with strong computer and analysis of working hour Machine.

Requirement:

¨       Male, Age max. 30 years old.

¨       Minimum of 2 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Administrator.

9.    FINANCE OFFICER (FA-OFC)

The successful candidate will be familiar to handle both issue petty cash, cash advances, bank upload & booking, operation budget, finance report monthly and yearly, check and control account payable and account receivable with strong computer.

Requirements:

¨       Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

¨       Minimum 2 years experienced as Finance Officer in Plantation Company or Manufacturing Industry.

10. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

The ideal candidate will be able to smart learn and handle finance activities with strong computer & organization skill.

Requirements:

¨       Age Max. 25 years old.

¨       Fresh Graduated, Bachelor degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Management /Civil/Accounting.

¨       Excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership.

¨       Good communication in English both oral and written

 

General Requirements:

¨       English and computer literacy are a must.

¨       High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
