Not only that, the Scrum Team also would like to have some kind of tools to manage their tasks, generate reports on unassigned tasks etc. There are many online tools that lets you manage a project using the Scrum methodology. If you are managing a Scrum for the first time, then we recommend you to stay with note cards, whiteboards and charts as the tools for managing until you have become familiar with the entire Scrum framework. When you are familiar with it, its fruitful to try your hands on some software tools that let you manage Scrum efficiently while you deliver.
